10 KB Deadlift 12kg
10 Push ups
Run 300m
10 Seated dips
10 6kg KB swings
10 Squats
Run 300m

  2. We will repeat the first weeks workout next week but form is going to be more closely scrutinised.
    No short cuts in the movements and remember to keep integrity in body (especially lower back) position.
